When Design has plane background, we and Print Right Away. Customer with Transparent background image, can upload their Image Design and Choose the Colors and their Shirts will be ready in less than 5 mins.
The process of DTG Printing
Pretreat the Garment
Pretreat only applies when we are printing White Ink. Everytime design includes White ink, we have to Pretreat the Garment. This process can add upto $5 to Print Cost per item.
Prepare the Design
In the second step, it is time to prepare your digital art. You need to upload your design art into our new GTX Graphics Lab Software where you can position the image, make changes in design, add text, and can do several other changes too. Moreover, you can even create your own design using our graphics software.
Printing
As you can see in this image Direct To Garment Printing is like Inkjet Printing Process. Instead of Inkjet Printer using paper, DTG Printer uses T shirts or Fabrics. Highly Resolution images usually comes out very Vibrant.
Cure the Ink on the Garment
To ensure the durability of the Print we use a 360 degree Heat Press or a Conveyor dryer to cure ink on the Garment to make sure it will survive any wash in Temperature less than 360 degree. Customers who do Cold wash inside out usually experience much longer life span of cloth.
